HDPE Geomembrane is mainly used as impermeable layer for checking leakage and seepage in civil engineering structures, such as lining, pond lining, land fills, cut off trench tunnel, drainage, etc., in maximum extend.

(1) Light in nature, easy to transport and instal, flexible, chemically inert, microbiological attacks resistant, impermeable to liquid and gases and increase the velocity for reduction in canal sectional area given to the smooth slope and surface.


Geonet reduces gravel bed, slurry seal and perforated pipe network. Drainage Geonets of 016 mm and 8 mm have similar capacity drainage water as a graded sand layer of bulk quantities i.e. a few hundred mm thick and presents high pore pressure development on the slope which gives an efficient flow line.


Geotextile layer at base acts as filter that doesn't allows occurrence of clogging and prevention of the fine from interfering with the drainage lines. The permeable layer of the geotextile gives the protection to geonet and geomembrane against puncture from sub grade aggregates.
